Beyond the skyscrapers, planes and even clouds lies Amathystia, the first floating city to take to the skies.
They say it's a place where one can catch an apple in mid air as it gently falls from its tree. Where great underground tunnels host a living ocean of smart fish that control the cities communication networks. Houses made of Amethyst diffuse the bright sun light into renewable energy and plants grow in abundance.
It's inhabitants are said to live in pure decadence, a paradise not found but created. They think themselves the chosen ones, but perhaps they were just chosen first, rumor has it, the sky has a place for us all.

Rising from the once prosperous Ethiopian planes another floating city has taken to the sky. Metallic shimmers of rich reds and gold paint the surface, homage to the desert like terrain from which it came. An Opal generates the power and leads through its beautiful transparency.
