Cast glass, brass
This piece highlights the vulnerability of the neck which is accentuated by the fragility of the glass. That fragility restricts the movement of the wearer and forces a sense of spatial awareness. The glass is modeled using a minimal Enneper surface which has a striking similarity to the natural curves of the neck. This allows the curves and hexagonal pattern to map tightly and help aid the idea of confinement.
